Synthetic-resin-based water dispersion primer with very low volatile organic compound (VOC) for preparing cement-based surfaces to be smoothed with self-levelling or thixotropic smoothing compounds. Protects porous substrates from damp penetration, consolidates their surfaces and improves the adhesion of paint, adhesive for tiles and mortar for renders.
